S SWOT in PEST analizo ugotavlja vrzeli, prednosti in prilo\u017enosti \u010dezmejnega obmo\u010dja za vzpostavitev kriti\u010dne mase R&amp;I zmogljivosti za pospe\u0161en razvoj vodikovih tehnologij v slovenskem in avstrijskem \u010dezmejnem obmo\u010dju. Poleg tega predstavlja dobri praksi razvoja politik na podro\u010dju vodikovih tehnologij na primerih Nem\u010dije in Kitajske.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najpomembnej\u0161i dokument za razvoj na podro\u010dju vodikovih tehnologije je Vodikova strategijo (<em>A hydrogen strategy for a climate-neutral Europe<\/em>), kot del Green Deal-a. Cilj strategije dekarbonizacija proizvodnje vodika in raz\u0161iritev njegove uporabe v sektorjih, kjer lahko nadomesti fosilna goriva. Osredoto\u010da se na vodik, proizveden iz obnovljivih virov energije (t. i. &#8220;zeleni vodik&#8221;). Skoraj vse dr\u017eave \u010dlanice EU (tudi Slovenija in Avstrija) so v svoje nacionalne energetske in podnebne na\u010drte vklju\u010dile na\u010drte za \u010disti vodik, nekatere pa so \u017ee sprejele nacionalne strategije ali pa so v postopku sprejemanja (vklju\u010dno s Slovenijo in Avstrijo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primerjava je pokazala, da \u010deprav obe dr\u017eavi zamujata pri sprejemu vodikove strategije, imata obe dr\u017eavi vzpostavljen sistem, ki zagotavlja in podpira razvoj nizkooglji\u010dnih tehnologij. Prav tako se krepi politi\u010dni zagon za uporabo vodika krepi.\u00a0 Cilji, dolo\u010deni v razli\u010dnih nacionalnih na\u010drtih in strategijah (tudi v Sloveniji in Avstriji), so sicer \u0161e vedno osredoto\u010deni predvsem na uporabo v prometu, \u010deprav je od leta 2018 opazen jasen trend vklju\u010devanja ciljev za druge sektorje, kot so industrija, gospodinjstva in proizvodnja elektri\u010dne energije.
